First, the company allowed me to pay for my machine in installments, which took me 6 months. I never had any issue communicating with their salespersons throughout the production period, though they kept changing them. I started with Bruce, came to Wade, and finally talked to Sophia. Please maintain salespersons to establish a good rapport with your customers. Other than that, I received my machine in perfect condition. I have not tested the machine yet as I am working on an electricity connection to my work location. I will comment on product quality once I do the testing. Hoping everything will work well. I would not mind doing business again with this company.
